We are an Information Technology (IT) content-development business based in Winnipeg, Canada. Since 1998, we've produced technical content for books, technical articles, white papers, and training courses for IT professionals who work with Microsoft platforms and products. 
 
Mitch Tulloch is a widely recognized expert on Windows administration, networking, and security. He has been repeatedly awarded Most Valuable Professional (MVP) status by Microsoft for his outstanding contributions in supporting users who deploy and use Microsoft platforms, products and solutions. Mitch has published over two hundred articles on different IT websites and magazines, and he has written or contributed to almost two dozen books and was lead author for the Windows Vista Resource Kit from Microsoft Press.
Ingrid Tulloch is co-author of the Microsoft Encyclopedia of Networking and is primary researcher for the Microsoft Encyclopedia of Security, both titles published by Microsoft Press. Ingrid is also a content expert for Jones International University where she co-developed with Mitch a four-course Information Security Management specialization for the Masters of Business Administration program. Ingrid also does research for Mitch's articles and manages other aspects of Mitch's business.
