Ingrid Tulloch (BA, CertEd) was co-author of the Microsoft Encyclopedia of Networking from Microsoft Press and manages our research and operations. She is also Associate Editor for WServerNews and has helped developed content used for Masters of Business Administration (MBA) courses in Information Security Management (ISM) on organizational and network security, risk assessment/management, and business contingency planning.
